The Alberta Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Workforce Council have developed the Workforce Initiatives Inventory to provide a forum for nonprofit organizations to obtain and share information about nonprofit workforce initiatives throughout Alberta. The inventory is divided into four categories: Human Resources Management, Leadership Development, Information and Research and Shared Space and Services. The Workforce Initiatives Inventory will allow organizations to:
• Search for initiatives to help with workforce and human resources management challenges; and
• Provide a forum to share their workforce projects and initiatives with the sector.
